Temple is open every day from 8.00 A.M. to 8.00 P.M. Except Fridays, when it is open from 8:00 A.M. till 8:30 P.M. This is our habitual schedule:

7:00 am - Morning Meditation

8:00 am - Breakfast

9:00 am - Study Session

11:00 am - Mindful Walking

12:00 am - Lunch and Rest

2:00 pm - Dharma Talk

5:00 pm- Mindful Activities

6:30 pm - Evening Meal

9:00 pm- Evening Meditation
